When our grain bin was damaged by wind last summer our agent John Steinman came right away to our farm to take photos and to start the claim process.    We were immediately contacted by Mike Alspach, claims adjuster for Ohio Mutual Insurance Group.  Mike was very courteous and professional in the handling of our claim. 

Since moving our insurance to FLR Insurancenter we have been more than satisfied with the service we have received.  The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable  about all of my insurance needs.  What I appreciate the most is the annual review of all of my insurance including my farm insurance by John.  This annual review keeps me up to date on my coverages so I can be certain I am being covered properly.  One thing I appreciate the most is John’s agriculture background when he comes out to review.  He understands the farmer and what we go through on a day to day basis.
